1.  How long does it take to design my renovation?
This will vary from job to job, depending on the complexity of each design. A rough guideline however is about 12 to 16 weeks. Some of this process is dependant on you making selections and approving designs, if you are delayed in this, then you are also delaying the whole process.

2.  How long does it take to build my renovation?
There is no way to accurately estimate how long the building process will take until the design is complete as there are too many variables. You can help the building process run smoothly by paying bills on time and making your selections as early as possible.

3.  How soon after our first meeting can you start building my renovation?

4.  Is there anything we can do to help speed up the process?

5.  Where do I start looking for all the selections I need to make?

6.  What if something goes wrong?
Your Builder maintains a high standard of all of its work, if however there is faulty workmanship then we will do all repairs necessary to achieve our high finished standard.

7.  Does Your Buidler have insurance to cover any damages to my property?
Your Builder has insurances to cover your property and anyone on the building site provided they are a Your Builder contractor, employee or permitted person.

8.  Can Your Builder build our renovation that has been designed by another architect/designer?
Yes, Your Builder is happy to work with the plans you have had drawn by others, we also look at their designs and offer alternatives if we feel your design could be improved.

9.  What does Your Builder do to ensure our home's safety & security?
If building requires your site to be exposed to the public (eg: fences need to be removed to allow access for vehicles) then Your Builder will hire temporary fencing to keep the site locked off. Your Builder always maintains as tidy building site as possible because we understand that while renovating your existing home, any mess, dust, etc. can be extremely disruptive to you and your family.
