Meeting |
- Our first
meeting is to introduce ourselves to you.
- We will
use this time to discuss your ideas, discuss different options,
and begin the design process.
- Using
the documentation you provide us we will begin designing your
renovation.
- All documentation
will be returned to you.
- We will
arrange a date for the measure up (see the next step).

- At this meeting
we discuss with you the concept designs and work out which you
prefer, what suits your budget better, etc.
- We can make
changes if necessary and will take them away with us to redraw.
- We will leave
you with a selections sheet for you to fill out (See next step).
- We will schedule
the 3rd and final meeting.

Week
6 - 7 |
| Selection
choices & design modification |
- Before the
final meeting you will need to make your selection choices. Selection
choices are all the choices you need to make for you renovation.
They range from which oven you want to what colour trim on your
shower taps.
- Sounds complicated,
but the forms we give you will help you make your choices step
by step. If there are items which you don't have a preference
for, you can opt for our recommended product.

7 - 10 |
3rd
meeting
(Please allow 1 hour for this meeting) |
- We meet with
you with the finalised concept drawings, your selection schedule
(details list) & an approximate price for your renovation.
- If you are
happy with the design you can sign the drawings & the completed
schedule.
- If there
are further changes then we can take away the minor changes with
us and meet with you one more time so you can sign off on the
final design and schedule.
- From here
we move into construction drawings, approval applications and
then sign a contract with you.
- Only then
can construction begin.

10 - 11 |

meeting |

This
meeting is only necessary if there are a few final changes required
to the drawings and schedule after meeting 3.

This
meeting is to confirm the last changes and sign the drawings
so we can proceed into the next stages.

meeting should take no longer than 30 minutes.
